Renovation Week 6 - Stage 5: Generations

Ephesians 3:14-21
14 For this reason I kneel before the Father 15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named. 16 I pray that he may grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power in your inner beingthrough his Spirit, 17 and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. I pray that you, being rooted and firmly established in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the length and width, height and depth of God’s love, 19 and to know Christ’s love that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
20 Now to him who is able to do above and beyond all that we ask or thinkaccording to the power that works in us— 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
Prayer Prompts
Dedicate time in prayer this week with someone in your family or loved ones. Engage the previous or next GENERATION. Together, reflect on this week’s passage through your personal prayer time.
• Ask God to help your family and loved ones see the fullness and the richness of God’s glory. Pray by faith that they would be rooted in Jesus and live plugged in and aware of his love and power.
• Thank God for GENERATIONAL GENEROSITY. How will the future GENERATIONS be affected by God’s work of generosity in you, in your family?
• Agree in prayer asking the Holy Spirit to make your family and BT, across GENERATIONAL lines, known for generosity that reflects God’s love, bringing glory to God.
PRAYER STARTER: King Jesus, you gave all. For generations to come, help us to sing songs of praise and thanksgiving to your name. Make us attentive to your work. Allow us to be marked by your Spirit, that we would be known as people and families who are wildly generous. Teach us to steward all you have given in a manner that is a reflection of you. For the generations ahead...
