ONE WKND is an annual Student Conference (6th - 12th grade) in McAllen, TX centering around the Gospel of Jesus Christ through worship, speaking, discipleship, and fellowship where students will learn about One God, One Church and One Mission.
The overarching goal of ONE WKND is to bring students together from across the area to come to know Jesus and make Jesus known.

Matamoros Missions Trip
Join us as we serve alongside Big Heart Ministries to host a sports camp, share the gospel and build relationships.
At Big Heart Matamoros, it’s a whole different lifestyle. Being surrounded by open air and animals gives a different perspective on life and helps you see God in a different way too. The staff and kids that are under their care get to experience God in nature daily and get to see His beautiful creation firsthand. It’s hard work but rewarding in every way.

Mid Valley Preview Service

Ecuador Missions Trip
Join us as we serve alongside IGV Cuenca with the Delgado's. Visit Cuenca, Ecuador to see what God is doing in Grace and Truth Church, as well as with the largest indigenous population in Ecuador known as the Quichua.
IGV Cuenca In 2008 the Lord began what is now Iglesia Gracia y Verdad Cuenca (Grace and Truth Church). At IGV Cuenca the focus is to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18) and establish families in biblical truths. Currently, the church is composed of 40 families. It is amazing to see the Lord open the eyes of the people in His church.

BT Women are on mission to share the love of Jesus with the women and single moms of Big Heart Ministries through Bible study, prayer, fellowship and fun.

Saltillo Missions Trip
We will be partnering with Big Heart as we serve their community. Big Heart is located in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila in the middle of a small village community in the mountains, and in 2018, began a long process of building dorms and repairing many buildings.
This trip is recommended for father & sons.

Honduras Missions Trip
We will be partnering with Prayer Plan Missions to love and serve the people in the village of Chaguitillos as well as people who live in the mountains. We will visit with ladies for Mother’s Day and help with the widows in the villages.
Whether in the villages, in the mountains or the bordos in the city, it is Prayer Plan Missions’ desire to come alongside the local people to help them improve their communities, and to reach out with the relationship building Gospel of Christ.
Dates: May 25- June 1

New York City Missions Trip
Join is as we serve alongside Queens Church in Queens, NYC. Our ministry time will be spent engaging with the community through Vacation Bible School.
NYC Queens is 1 of 5 boroughs in NYC. It is one of the most diverse and dense places spanning 120+ nations in one neighborhood. Throughout our time, we’ll be ministering to people in the neighborhood of Woodside Queens with the goal of showing people Jesus through simple projects and directing those in the neighborhood to Queens Church.

Kids Week
Kids Week is four fun-filled days where children 4-years-old through 6th Grade completed take over our church campuses! During this week, children will participate in energetic worship, engaging Bible lessons and exciting activities that’ll help them learn that God has BIG plans for them.

Alaska Missions Trip
Join us as we serve alongside Thirst Missions. Service Projects would be a combination of church, school and home projects. Painting, repair work, cleaning, gardening and smaller needs based projects would be the main scope of the work opportunities provided.
When your group attends a mission trip with Thirst Missions, you aren’t just going on another mission trip, you will be partnering with a local church and pastor who are in need of a mission team to assist them as they serve in their local community.
Dates: August 8-13

Saltillo Missions Trip
Join us as we will be partnering with Big Heart in the mountains. Young Adults & Students will help host a breakfast, sing songs, have a devotional and play games. In 2020 Big Heart was able to finally start working alongside single parents and taking in children. However, because of Big Heart of the Mountains unique location, God has allowed for many other ministry opportunities within the village surrounding the orphanage.
This trip is recommended for Students / Young Adults.
Dates: August 22nd-August 25th

Africa Missions Trip
We will work with the Togolese people and visit schools where BT Church has previously sponsored students. We will travel to villages where the Living Water Well Projects have been established, and be a part of what God is doing through these churches and villages.
Le Pont International is transforming lives and communities through educating children, empowering the community and equipping the church.

Reynosa Missions Trip
Join us in this outreach as we will be partnering with Big Heart Reynosa & a medical team to provide medical care to the community.
Big Heart Reynosa is the heart of where it all began opening its doors in 2000. Big Heart began with its main goal being to work alongside single parents by taking in their children. Being in the city, God has opened many doors to be able to do outreaches in the community that include giving out food, clothes, and providing medical care.
Dates: November 7-10

Dr. Erik Carter is the Luther Sweet Endowed Chair in Disabilities at Baylor University and Executive Director of the Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities. His research addresses strategies for supporting inclusion and belonging in schools, workplaces, and congregations for children and youth with disabilities. He has published widely on the topic of inclusive practices, including more than 300 articles, chapters, and other publications.

Abide Night is a class for all adults focused on the practical ways to apply different spiritual disciplines in your life as we look to abide in Christ in our normal rhythms of life beyond the 21 days of prayer and fasting.

Young Adults Retreat
the Young Adults Retreat is a time to step away from distractions of life for the purpose of connecting with God. You’ll get to experience a time of worship, practical sessions to help you follow Jesus and clarify your purpose, hang time in a camp setting. This is for anyone age 18-29.

BT Kids: Parents Night Out
Need a night out but don't know what to do with the kiddos? We've got you covered!
BT Kids is offering a fun-filled night of affordable care with a focus on the true meaning of Christmas. Your child will journey through station of the Nativity story and enjoy inclusive activities along the way. Accommodations will be available as needed. Pizza will be served for dinner as well as snacks throughout the evening. Any parent/guardian who wishes to stay and participate with their child is welcome.
